I really look forward to that moment when I first wake up, when Im still kind of hazy and warm from sleep. That is my favorite part of the day.

The sun shines like gold, birds sing, the streets are a little slick with the humidity, dragonflies buzz around, the flowers are more beautiful...

I work late into the night so I usually don't wake up until around 11am, so i rarely get to see my favorite time of day, but when I do it makes it more special, like I just learned to see. I know that sounds hokey but for me it is something unusual.

If its winter its still dark and summer daylight is just beginning but no matter what the season that time of the day is the quietest and freshest...

The time that I am with my lover...whether it is morning, afternoon or evening. I simply love that time...it is so precious!

My favorite part of the day is...

...just as the dark of the night sky begins to brighten and the crimson begins to form right at the horizon. I think the most beautiful part of the day is just as the sun begins to awaken and all of those magnificent reds, purples, and golden hues fill the sky with all of their fireworks. It's the start of a new and glorious day. It's the chance to renew and refresh ourselves - to say we'll give it another try - that today will be a good day.
