What's your current workout routine?

I do waits every day

wait for the coffee to brew, wait for breakfast to be cooked, wait for just about everything
Not too often I run because I know I'm just gonna have to wait some more
 
I’ve been mixing up my routine lately with yoga, CrossFit, and a few exercises from the BetterMe app https://betterme.world/articles/i-tried-the-new-betterme-workout-app/. I really like how it combines different types of workouts, so it keeps things fresh and exciting. The app has some great exercises that are easy to follow, and they really help me stay on track. I especially love the variety of workouts available, from strength training to flexibility-focused moves. It's been a great way to target different areas of my body and improve my overall fitness. Monday: dancing class (manageable)
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: bums and tums🤡
Thursday: off
Friday: dancing and body balance (child’s play - the horror one)
Saturday: bums and tums again💀
Sunday: I’ll be dead if I go to the gym on Sundays
