Depends who I'm swimming with and where. If I'm diving in New England it's a black 7 mm wetsuit. If I'm winter diving or repeat diving here in Florida it's a 3 mm wetsuit. If I'm summer diving then it's a dive skin. If I'm just out snorkeling or swimming at my favorite beach, (John D. Macarthur State Park) then it's a smile, my beer belly and hairy feet.

I used to live on Cape Cod [North Truro] and I can definitely recommend a good 7mm or better full wetsuit including hood. Most of the year, you need COLD protection!

Ahhh then you have heard of the terms "Shrinkage" and "Wet Yell". (I was known for being absolutley insane. I would stretch the diving season into November, but I needed help to get out of the water and a nice warm van to get undressed in.)

Was on a business trip to a trade show. So the hotel has a swimmmng pool and a hot tub. I often pack a suit if i know there is a pool. This time Ic ouldn't find my big trunks so I grabbed the Speedo...pretty descrete for a speedo...not OVERYLY tight nor skimpy.

This gave me the most appalling flashbacks. I once agreed to give swimming lessons to a mutual acquaintance of the SO and I, said lessons to take place at a public pool. I dropped by his flat and he was wearing a miniscule, tattered, flesh-colored Speedo on his rotund and hairy body. He was trying it on, and to my immense relief announced that it was too old and that he would stop and buy a new one on the way to the pool. Imagine my overwhelming joy when I discovered that he'd purchased a brand new miniscule, flesh-colored Speedo. Thank goodness I was too busy trying to correct his stroke to give it my full attention. I was still embarassed to be seen with him, but had the consolation that the patrons were probably distracted by the spectacle of a horse doing the butterfly.

beach: just bought a Calvin Klein blue bikini - the back crisscrosses - it's cute.

I initially worried that a 30-something mommy with two kids was getting a bit too old to wear pink. But hubby likes the suit.

It's a two-piece, pretend tankini thing, lol.
None of my tummy shows, so it basically looks like a one piece.
The top is a Halter, and its black with obnoxious pink, purple, and red flowers.

I like swimming nude but hate wearing swimming costumes. I have two options - fully clothed or nude. Thats it!
