Finally, Pee Pee and I agree on something

At the risk of offending the many cat lovers on this board (God know why they love em) I wouldn't dare say I hate the scraggly, disease-ridden, aloof motherfuckers. Let's just say I'm partial to dogs.

Right now my ever-faithful, obedient Golden is taking her daily 23 hour nap in her favorite spot under my desk. She's now retired after raising three kids.

For the past five years the cat next door has a daily ritual. While my dog looks through the front window, the cat casually strolls across my yard as slow as he can, just enough to drive my dog beserko. Sometimes he stops halfway and sits there, staring at the window and laughing his ass off while the dog barks like hell and tries to claw her way through the window.

Cats are smarter and much more independent.

I have always been a cat person, but I do like dogs. Living in an apartment would be unfair to the kind of dogs I like. I love Labs, golden retrievers & dogs like that. They need a big yard to play in & one of these days when I have a house I will have a dog. My cat is a spoiled brat, but I wouldn't trade her for the world.
