What's Up WIth Bob?

http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/16/polit...t-mueller-transition-emails-letter/index.html

A spokesman for special counsel Robert Mueller has denied accusations by Trump transition lawyers that Mueller's team got unauthorized access to thousands of transition emails.
"When we have obtained emails in the course of our ongoing criminal investigation, we have secured either the account owner's consent or appropriate criminal process," the spokesman, Peter Carr, said early Sunday.
He denies it. He totally denies it. He says it didn't happen, and you know, you have to listen to him also.

I found much the same story on Buzzfeed.
In a phone interview with BuzzFeed News on Saturday night, Loewentritt — whose LinkedIn represents that he has worked at the agency [GSA] since 1972 — disputed the claims made in the letter sent by the Trump campaign.

"Beckler never made that commitment," he said of the claim that any requests for transition records would be routed to the Trump campaign's counsel.

Specifically, Loewentritt said, "in using our devices," transition team members were informed that materials "would not be held back in any law enforcement" actions.

Loewentritt read to BuzzFeed News a series of agreements that anyone had to agree to when using GSA materials during the transition, including that there could be monitoring and auditing of devices and that, "Therefore, no expectation of privacy can be assumed."
Hey, POTUS lawyers: Sucks to be caught lying.

The Kochs and Soros going out for a drink? I find that very unlikely.
I already asked for citations or photos. No response, of course.

Accusations are easy. But at put-up-or-shut-up-time, accusations slough away like gangrenous rotten flesh. Smell about as bad, too.

Fox legal analyst says Mueller has Trump ‘in the line of fire’ – and slams his colleagues for downplaying it

“I’m critical of our colleagues that say there’s no ‘there’ there,” Napolitano admitted. “You know what, Shep? This is a jigsaw puzzle with 100,000 pieces and we see a piece here and a piece there and people say it doesn’t make any sense. It takes time to amass all of these pieces of evidence so that we see the jigsaw puzzle completed, that’s what Mueller and company are trying to do.”

“Indictments and confessions,” Smith noted.

“Yes, yes. Look, General Flynn was exposed to 60 years in jail, if he was convicted of every charge out there and sentenced to the max. He’s exposed to six months,” Napolitano replied.

“How did he go from 60 years to six months? He must have given them something,” Napolitano concluded.

:D Thank you Gen. Flynn!:D

Congratulations to all you Russia-gaters, because it looks like you may have accomplished your mission. Trump's new National Security Strategy, announced two days ago, is loaded with threats and bullying directed at the rest of the world, and in particular, sabre-rattling in the direction of Russia and China. He sounded like the typical asshole Republican of the John McCain variety. Trump's hungry ego has come to the fore -- he wants the corporate media, and those who regurgitate what it says, to stop #Resisting him, and his dull mind has finally figured out that flirting with World War III will get him back into their good graces.

Sabre-rattling, but no enforcement of Russia sanctions. No pushback on the Russian takeover of Crimea and other Ukrainian sovereign territory. No support for Baltic nations Putin will next aim for. Flapping of hands but nothing of substance. The usual. Pathetic. Monstrous.

If Trump fires Mueller, 170,000 people plan to protest

Tens of thousands of people declared their intention over the holiday weekend to take to the streets if President Donald Trump fires Special Counsel Robert Mueller, bringing to more than 170,000 the number of Americans planning a “rapid response” to the potential constitutional crisis.

The president has said he has no plans to fire the man investigating his campaign for possible collusion with the Russians, but he has also called the probe a “witch hunt.” Other Republicans have sought to curtail the probe or even said a former member of Mueller’s team should be in “handcuffs”—recent developments that have spurred more than 700 planned demonstrations in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and even Denmark.

Thousands more, who didn't sign up, will join the marches! :D

Bobby let us down by not cuffing King Donny last week.

We are not amused.

This whole affair reminds me very much of the attempts to drive Bill Clinton out office: Whitewater, Paula Jones, Troopergate, etc. Clinton was impeached but not convicted, a ridiculous waste of the nation's time. This affair is similar but I very much doubt that Trump will be impeached. The sad part is that both presidents allowed themselves to be manipulated by the sleazebag American media.

Team Tromp have already admitted colluding with Russia so your deflection attempt is rather shot to shit. Sad.

Meanwhile, Team Mueller do not have impeachment on their agenda. They are not Congressional investigators. They seem to be tracking Tromp's finances and his debts to Russian mafiyas. All the calls to fire Mueller show a terrible fear of what will be revealed. Trompniks are running scared, and rightly so.

Tromp won't be able to pardon his family and himself from state charges.

It ain’t just special counsel Bob Mueller that could take Donald Trump down

As we stumble to the end of the chaotic first calendar year of the Trump administration, the president’s critics have fallen into the habit of constantly monitoring American democracy’s vital signs. It’s almost as if the nation’s political institutions are hospitalized, with nurses bursting in at all hours to announce, “Just checking.”

By the way, these polling numbers do not have “unbeatable” written all over them. Rather the words that might better be associated with these survey statistics are “one-term president” and “former House Speaker Paul Ryan.” Without minimizing gerrymandering, respected political analysts like Kyle Kondik at Sabato’s Crystal Ball give the Democrats a 50-50 chance of winning back the House. After Roy Moore’s defeated in Alabama, there is a plausible scenario under which the Democrats could end up with a 51-to-49 Senate majority in 2019.

Trump may seem like a magician with his frenzied attempts at political distraction. But voters in the cheap seats remain unconvinced by the card tricks, especially since the marked decks keep spilling onto the floor. That’s why political remedies may ultimately prove more effective in taming Trump than Robert Mueller.

If Bob is waiting for a Democrat wave in Congress next year to announce his indictments, he's waiting too long. However he may be waiting for State Charges to be announced before he indites the Donald's ass?

I think Mueller is fully the bureaucrat in contrast to Comey being a bit too much the politician. I don't think Mueller has his eyes on any timing in terms of the political use of what he's doing. I think his time schedule depends on when he systematically gets the ducks in line in terms of who did what when and he'll be leaving what is done with anything that isn't a criminal indictment to whatever political power holds sway at the time he releases findings. I think Comey played more than a little loose with the politics of it.

Jared will squeal like a pig is Bob indites him.:D
Tromp can pardon Jared's federal charges -- but not state crimes. Data shared with NYAG Schneiderman, hmmm...

As opposed to deep throating?
We don't want to even THINK of Trompian sex here. Some lines shouldn't be crossed.
_____

Meanwhile, I can think of various Trompian moves to end the probes.

* Release his financials to prove he's not owned by Kremlin-linked banks.
* Admit his guilt, beg for clemency, and take potical asylum in... Kosovo.
* Throw him in a pond. If he sinks, he's innocent. If he floats... GUILTY!
* Fire the entire DoJ and FBI, replace them with 6-month TSA veterans.
* Launch at Kim, declare national emergency, imprison all dissidents, etc.

George Papadopoulous drunken bragging in London wine bar started Trump collusion investigation: report

According to the New York Times, the investigation into collusion between Russian operatives and members of President Donald Trump’s campaign staff had its beginning in a London wine bar where Trump adviser George Papadopoulos bragged about having “dirt” on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The report notes that the foreign policy adviser made the boast to Australia’s top diplomat in Britain in May of 2016.

According to the report, “Exactly how much Mr. Papadopoulos said that night at the Kensington Wine Rooms with the Australian, Alexander Downer, is unclear. But two months later, when leaked Democratic emails began appearing online, Australian officials passed the information about Mr. Papadopoulos to their American counterparts, according to four current and former American and foreign officials with direct knowledge of the Australians’ role.”

Since Papadopoulos made a plea bargain with special counsel Robert Mueller, the White House has attempted to paint him as a “coffee boy” who was barely involved in Trump’s campaign.

Coffee or Covfefe Boy alerted the FBI of Hinky Trumpanzy? :)

And just what was Alexander Downer doing in a London wine bar with Trump coffee boy George Papadoploulous? Think that would make a good Literotica story.

"Coffee? Wine? Me?"

The people who want to believe that Russia somehow determined the outcome of our election are beginning to seem like Trekkies or people who read The Lord of The Rings and write notes to each other in Elvish.

On the real side, Putin pretty much nailed it as that loathsome imbecile Charlie Rose was trying to bully him in the CBS interview. Putin pointed out that you can close your eyes and put your finger down anywhere on the globe, and you will land in a country where the people complain about the US trying to rig their elections. It's true.
