What's Up WIth Bob?

Mueller appears to have filed early response in ‘mystery’ case before Supreme Court

Special prosecutor Robert Mueller appears to have filed a response in a “mystery” case before the Supreme Court, reports Politico.

“Most details of the case remain under seal at the Supreme Court since the company asked for an emergency stay last week, but an entry in the high court’s docket indicates a response was filed Friday, three days ahead of the Monday deadline set by the court,” Politico reports. “If the Supreme Court decides not to step into the dispute, the details of the fight could remain and the identity of the company and country involved could remain hidden from public view. But if the justices decide to grant some relief to the company or hear the case on the high court’s regular docket, some additional details of the battle could surface, since the Supreme Court rarely entertains cases on an entirely secret basis.”

Ex-prosecutor exposes Rudy Giuliani’s biggest ‘weakness’ when it comes to defending Trump

Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City who is working as the criminal defense attorney for President Donald Trump, is telegraphing legal “weakness” according to a former federal prosecutor.

“What we see is a whole lot of table pounding by Mr. Giuliani,” he observed.

“When they can’t overcome the facts that are against them, they attack law enforcement, they attack the FBI, they attack prosecutors,” he explained. “I’ve had it happen to me many times over the years.”

“That is a sign of weakness by Giuliani and company,” he concluded.

“The only thing that he is contributing to the dialogue at this time is carbon dioxide,” he added.

Uh-oh, Giuliani and the Democrats fight the same way. Giuliani could lose!

From what I've read after a few Google searches, Rudy G. is more of a face for the cameras rather than the guy driving his legal team.

This is from Wiki, with citations ... so, hopefully right:
He amassed a record of 4,152 convictions and 25 reversals. As a federal prosecutor, Giuliani was credited with bringing the "perp walk", parading of suspects in front of the previously alerted media, into common use as a prosecutorial tool.[35] After Giuliani "patented the perp walk", the tool was used by increasing numbers of prosecutors nationwide.[36]

Giuliani's critics claimed that he arranged for people to be arrested, then dropped charges for lack of evidence on high-profile cases rather than going to trial. In a few cases, his arrests of alleged white-collar criminals at their workplaces with charges later dropped or lessened, sparked controversy, and damaged the reputations of the alleged "perps".[37] He claimed veteran stock trader Richard Wigton, of Kidder, Peabody & Co., was guilty of insider trading; in February 1987 he had officers handcuff Wigton and march him through the company's trading floor, with Wigton in tears.[38] Giuliani had his agents arrest Tim Tabor, a young arbitrageur and former colleague of Wigton, so late that he had to stay overnight in jail before posting bond.[38][39]

Within three months, charges were dropped against both Wigton and Tabor; Giuliani said, "We're not going to go to trial. We're just the tip of the iceberg", but no further charges were forthcoming and the investigation did not end until Giuliani's successor was in place.[39] Giuliani's high-profile raid of the Princeton/Newport firm ended with the defendants having their cases overturned on appeal on the grounds that what they had been convicted of were not crimes.[40]

He's ruthless (like all politicians) and he knows how prosecutors think, what other prosecutors say about him doesn't matter, especially if they are berating him (it means they're not friends).

Trump has teams of lawyers, many that we don't see, and those guys are probably doing most of the planning.

The one thing I do know: Being one of Trump's lawyers is probably a great get-richer-scheme at the time being (maybe always?).

This assumes Lumpy will pay the bill on time.:)

Giuliani taunts special counsel Mueller with challenge to ‘put up or shut up’ in Trump probe

Speaking with New York radio personality John Catsimatidis, Donald Trump’s legal adviser, Rudy Giuliani, lashed out at special counsel Robert Mueller, saying it was time to him “put up or shut up” when it comes to the probe into the president’s 2016 campaign and personal finances.

According to Giuliani, the probe has gone on too long and should have been “wrapped up” over six months ag

MSNBC legal analyst drops mic on Rudy Giuliani for his ‘put up or shut up’ Mueller taunt with epic blast

Responding to Giuliani telling Mueller to “put up or shut up,” Phang unloaded on the former New York City mayor in a brutal rant.

“He brings no value,” Phang began. “He opens his mouth and it’s a big void of nothing. So he doesn’t shed any light on anything.”

“Rudy Giuliani is doing his regular typical Sunday morning tours where he says nothing,” she added dismissively.

When Bob submits his report, with half the Repug leadership is up to their hubs in Rubles and DJ is a co-conspirator the Nations Mayor will be exposed as a asshole, again.:)

You can't put up, Rudy, so just shut up. (Although every time you open your mouth you dig Trump a bit deeper in the shit, so that's fine.)

Mueller’s probe is sending waves of panic over DC lobbyists now vulnerable to being prosecuted

A new report from The Hill claims that special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election is generating anxiety among many Washington DC lobbyists who may now find themselves vulnerable to criminal charges.

According to The Hill, “Mueller has uncovered a web of alleged criminality linked to violations of a World War II-era law enacted amid concerns over foreign propaganda” that could also be used to nail a number of other DC lobbyists who have been breaking the law for years.

When you are America's Hammer, all those ass holes look like nails. Drive them deep, Bob!:D

2018: The Year In Robert Mueller's Witch Hunt Finding SO MANY GUILTY-ASS WITCHES

Public service announcement: Don't pay attention to news reports that claim to have specific insider knowledge that Robert Mueller's investigation is almost over. The damn thing will be over when it's over, and we're pretty sure a lot of those news reports quote "unnamed sources" whose names rhyme with Judy Riuliani.

But since 2018 is ending, let's recap all of the people Robert Mueller -- and other courts, also too, in related investigations! -- has indicted, taken guilty pleas from, and sent to jail, and also those who have become cooperating witnesses. There are so many! If we missed one, say it in the comments!

I can hardly wait for Felony Friday! Come on Bob, do it, do it!:D

Fox News hosts wonder if Robert Mueller to blame for volatile stock markets

The stock markets have been all over the place lately, undermining President Donald Trump’s claim that the economy is showing steady growth under his leadership.

“We know stocks hate uncertainty so with the Mueller probe and partial government shutdown still in play, will investors still be dealing with this volatility in the New Year?” wondered the anchor.

“Let’s go to market watch, Larry, you know what? Up 1,000 points is nice. But came a session down 650 and that’s not nice, flight crazy volatility, is it here to stay and how much of an impact will D.C.’s shenanigans play?” they continued.

It called shaking the suckers out, classic Wall Street action. Trump/Bob is just the distraction.

‘Knock it off’: Judge delivers scathing rebuke of ‘unprofessional’ lawyer for Mueller-indicted Russian firm

The attorneys representing Concord Management and Consulting, the Russian firm indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller for conspiracy to defraud the United States during the 2016 election, got a brutal smackdown from a Trump-appointed judge on Monday.

As reported by BuzzFeed News’ Zoe Tillman, Judge Dabney Friedrich gave Concord attorney Eric Dubelier a dressing down in court by slamming his strategy as “unprofessional, inappropriate, and ineffective.”

Felonious isn't the only one who has trouble finding competent lawyers.:D

Fox News legal analyst shoots down Giuliani’s demand to see Mueller’s findings before they go public

“I don’t blame Rudy Giuliani for wanting to see it, I don’t blame the president for wanting to see it,” Napolitano replied.

“But there’s simply no obligation on the part of Bob Mueller to share it with them,” he added. “Bob Mueller’s duty is to the person who appointed him, Rod Rosenstein or, now Rod Rosenstein’s boss, acting attorney general Matthew Whitaker and perhaps the House of Representatives. But not Rudy Giuliani.”

“I agree that the White House should demand it, but I also state that the government has no obligation to give it to them, nor should they,” Napolitano shot back. “If I were the prosecutor, I wouldn’t give the defendant a chance to edit my work before I release it to the people who engaged me.

Nail it to the door of Congress and let the Trumpians read it in the WaPo.:)

The complete original, even if pared down by someone, is going to be released to the people. The Dems now controlling the house have already said that will happen, and you can bet that Mueller is set up to get it released in spite of that corrupt crook in the White House.

...you can bet that Mueller is set up to get it released in spite of that corrupt crook in the White House.

Be more specific.... After all, SHSanders has lied, shut people up & down, & then some to the point "Weekend Update" & "Murphy Brown" have both done bits on it...

Not to mention, the night of the shooting in Pitt, I only learned about it b/c I turned-on CNN to see a talk show with the guests including "Special Adviser To President Trump (also his son-in-law)" Jared Kushner.

Rudy Giuliani thinks Mueller report will be ‘horrific’ — and insiders say Trump may strike deal to resign

Trumpworld is preparing the worst.

“Rudy Giuliani recently told a friend that he expects Mueller’s report to be ‘horrific,’ a person briefed on the conversation said,” the report says.

In this case, though, Trump does appear to have an exit strategy.

“You’re already hearing people speculate Trump could do a deal and resign,” Vanity Fair reports.

If he shot Steven Miller on 5th Ave. Bob will let Felonious off with 10-20 years. :):)

Fox News’ Shep Smith and Andrew Napolitano agree: The Trump campaign colluded with Russia

While critics say President Donald Trump “manufactured” a crisis at the border, two personalities on Fox News say there is a crisis unfolding in Washington D.C.

On Wednesday, Fox News host Shep Smith and judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano agreed that Trump’s campaign appears to have colluded with Russia.

It was revealed Tuesday that Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort shared polling data with a Russian operative, according to a poorly redacted legal filing by his attorneys.

“This shows that Bob Mueller can demonstrate to a court without the testimony of Paul Manafort that the campaign had a connection to Russian intelligence and the connection involved information going from the campaign to the Russians,” Napolitano said. “The question is, was this in return for a promise of something from the Russians, and did the candidate, now the president, know about it?”

"Well maybe a little collusion in this conspiracy, but just a little."

:D

A Quick Explainer On The New York Times's Paul Manafort F*ckup, Because It Seems Important

Now, does this correction mean that all the collusion it seemed like we found in the Manafort filing is suddenly a moot point, because the New York Times fucked up and listed the wrong oligarchs? LOL NOPE. First of all, Manafort's buddy Kilimnik is A FUCKING RUSSIAN SPY. So whatever secret internal polling/voter data Manafort had, he gave it to A RUSSIAN SPY. Did Kilimnik ultimately hand that over to Deripaska? We actually don't know the answer to that. We just know that Manafort asked Kilimnik to give it to these pro-Russia Ukrainian oligarchs, so they could do ?????? with it.

We guess we'll learn the answers in due time.

Wonkette seems to have given this more thought than the "Failing NYT".

Top Intel Democrat drops bombshell: ‘We’ve interviewed more witnesses than Mueller — and we have an important story to tell’

Bobby's little Helpers!:D

Speaking with CNN host Jake Tapper on Sunday morning, a senior Democratic member on the Senate Intelligence committee admitted that his panel has interviewed “more witnesses than special counsel Robert Mueller” before hinting, “we have a story to tell.”

Asked whether he thinks that President Donald Trump is a Russian asset, Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) sidestepped the question — and refused to say whether his committee had been briefed on the FBI investigation that was revealed last Friday by the New York Times, but made the case that he believes Trump is somehow compromised by Russia.
