What's the husband's version of a hot wife?

I'm probably overlooking an obvious term for it, but it's there an official term for when it's the husband going out and the wife waits for him to come back to tell her about his date?

Cuckhold, Cuckqueen, Hotwife..... Blechh! These are terms that have negative, shameful connotations; so why use them?

How about simply calling a wife who lets her husband occasionally be with other women "A loving and trusting wife?" Or maybe a "Pragmatic Wife?" After all, maybe she's just someone who recognizes there is a huge libido discrepancy in her marriage and decides to give her husband some freedom to pursue sex outside the marriage - albeit with agreed upon rules? And of course all the same could be said of a man who gives his wife the same freedom - like me.

So, why give it a term? ..Especially a cringy one like one of the aforementioned?

I'm not sure it fits, but a guy who chases pleasure, one night stands, and casual sex in general, could be referred to as a 'playboy'. But the more obvious answer would be hot husband or hot hubby.

The former situation you describe is just cheating, in the context of a "hot wife" relationship, which requires her partner's consent and encouragement. Playboys aren't in a relationship, so it doesn't really apply.

"Hot Husband" doesn't really roll off the tongue though, which is why I thought there might be something else I wasn't thinking of.
