I have never seen something that refers to the inside of the human body used as a "generic" term for something that is outside.

The exterior of your genitals is called the VULVA. This consists of the labia (inner and outer-this is where the hair typically is), clitoris, hood, and perinium. There are many colorful slang terms. But the body parts aren't interchangable. Intentionally calling something by the wrong name is a peave of mine and after someone knows what is correct, it no longer falls under the category of ignorance. Right, Roxxxxxane?
