I remember reading a story/novella involving a guy in his late teens spying on his neighbour (who I think is a schoolteacher) from a treehouse. He later babysits for her and afterwards is shown her "appreciation" as she takes his virginity and also teaches him a thing or two about making it with his girlfriend.
In a later part of the story he is hiding in a cupboard in his girlfriend's friend's bathroom. This results in him screw the girl's mother whilst the girl watches discreetly.
Anybody have any ideas as to the title?
