What's really happening in Oregon?

I saw a headline on Sunday evening I believe that said something along the lines of "Armed Militia Storms Federal Building". I clicked the link and it turns out some ranchers walked into a FWS building and wouldn't leave.
The next morning it was a huge deal on the news so I wanted to find out what the commotion was about.
I found this link

It is obviously written by someone who is friendly to the "militia". But it raises some abuse questions and allegations that are very interesting if true.
I'm curious as to what anyone else knows about the situation. As always, there are people who just read a couple headlines and think they know what's going on without researching a bit. At this point I've read more than a couple headlines but not enough to say I'm fully aware of the situation.

I've seen this spam before. If there was any legitimate beef against the government's actions, it would be all over the major networks and C-Span.
