Nice idea...

I like the idea of Susan turning out to be a mtf transgender who helps Jerry discover his feminine side; panties lead to shaved legs and chest, which leads to dresses; he goes out of town where he won't be recognized to practice full-femme dressing in public. Maybe he starts to lose weight to re sculpture his body - then HRT - the transformation is slow and gradual, but inevitable. His first date with a straight guy would be a real milestone...
