Live = forget the name, the one with Lightning Crashes and Alone on it.

Throwing Copper, what a good cd that is.

Yes LOL. I've used it so much the writing on the top has worn off. It's SO old.

I will have you know, you reminded me how good that CD is and I got up and put in my player and am now rocking to Live...and they are great in concert too....

You did and you reminded me that I had not listened to that CD in a while.......man what a good CD. Lightnin crashing now...... lol ;)

I am the opposite as relates to Slayer, South of Heaven and then a close second is Reign in Blood; though at times that meanders to and fro.........I like the Live Aggression CD set too......that LTE is cool too, cool grooves.

On the second playing tonite of "Decade of Aggression" it's mind blowing , the power just get's ya .

I haven't heard any LTE , So what they like ?

Do you like Dream Theater? LTE is a instrumental group~ no vocals other than a spoken word here or there. Liquid Tension Experiment stuff can be found here http://www.dreamtheater.net (I think that is right) and can be found under Projects or something, it is some of the guys from DT and a few other musicians. It is cool, at least I think so Andy.......check it out, you might like it. They do grooves from Jazzy type to Progressive Metal to Funky grooves and there is one track that is completely improvised on the 1st LTE album........

Cheers Chuckus I'll check that site out Thanxs  . Do you like Rage Against The Machine ? .

Sure Rage is cool........

What do ya think of the last album Renegades , I thought it was great with them doing the Hip Hip tracks (music I'm just as passionate about too) , there interpretation of the style of music was rated and the other songs they covered such a range .

It's a shame about Zach , I don't think he can be replaced no chance , his voice , his precence on stage and he wrote the lyric's too .

In the livingroom - Savage Garden

In the bedroom - Rod Stewart and Faith Hill. We keep switching between the two.

Liz Phair - Exile in Guyville. Just bought it today so gotta wander through it.

adultery

albeit a much milder form.

I'm actually not listening to my cd player at the moment; I have NPR on the stereo. If there are any non-heavy metal fans out there, I must recommend the radio program "The World Cafe" on NPR, w/ David Dye (spelling on the last name may be off) as a fantastic show. Dave does a great job of mixing totally obscure bands/songs with brilliant classics...a great way to learn about good music that is out there. It's on Saturday evenings until midnight.

PS. this is another good way for me to learn about cd's worth checking out...thanks for the responses.

Can I answer again? Because it's another day and because, yes, I'm that bored?

Ok, I now have Dave Matthews Band's Under the Table and Dreaming in my CD player. I love anything by DMB. Can't wait to run out and buy their new one on February 27. The new single is pretty catchy.
