I'm making salmon, marinated in lemon, dijon mustard and honey for me, pork tenderloin for my husband, and a cold orzo salad. :p Also, wine for me of course. :D

goodness, that all sounds very yummy!...We're cooking a pork tenderloin tomorrow, and I'm not sure what we're doing tonight yet...I'm wishing more people had responded already!

(great thread idea though, as I'm sure it'll provide future ideas!)

My mouth is watering and I'm so jealous that you have it so well planned!

Baking some chicken, steaming brocolli with garlic seasoning and a little cayenne pepper for kicks. Followed an hour or so later by my usual strawberry protein shake, trying to get back in good shape and all.

I had Vedgy mince and gravy, and Mash, in a giant co-op yorkshire pudding...!

Fried chicken, garlic mashed and broccoli, with Apple Pie ice cream from Ben and Jerrys for desert...I am on what you could call a sabbatical from The Medditeranean Diet, I needed some good old comfort food tonight.

Figures wine for Pookies...

I am having Filet Mignon on the grill, wild rice and brussle sprouts...

and Pookies I can cook better than you :p

Good Old Yorkshire Pud.

Co-op Yorkshire pudding? What the...
If you count the time shopping for it, it's 10 times quicker to make your own.Tastes better, and as a true Yorkshireman, lets not forget cheaper.Plus have you seen all those E numbers?
Dont say it's difficult. maybe its genetic but our kids were making 'em by the age of ten and if you're under ten you shouldn't be on Lit anyway...Not that you would think it from some of the posts...

I had Chicken Jambalaya with steamed broccoli and a kiwi fruit for dessert. :D

I dont spend money on food just clothes, jewelry, make-up, vodka, ..............the list is endless but never boring food lol!!!!!! :p :p

Chicken soup is also good for colds. No dairy in it. Tomato soup is my comfort food.

Having simple tonight, fish sticks and macaroni and cheese.

Homemade lasagne...with a generous dash (or three) of red wine in it... :D
Not bad if I say so myself ;)
