What's for dinner? (bragging and suggestions)

Meat platter...roasted chicken, ribs, sausage with scotch bonnet sauce.
Then a simple salad.

Oh, and a Malbec.

Fried rice with stir fry peppers, onions, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms and pork strips.

NY Strip.
Baked tater
Roasted cauliflower
Arugula salad with feta and tomato.

Stir fry beef and veggies with Bull Dog sauce. Brown rice on the side.

Mediterranean Quinoa & Kale with Citrus Basil Shrimp and fresh asparagus with mushrooms and bacon with a balsamic reduction.

I've been trying to have my main meal at lunchtime and a small snack for dinner. I find I'm sleeping better. Anyway, I just had an amazing Mediterranean salad with couscous, feta, stuffed grape leaves and a delicious citrus dressing. My company cafeteria chef ROCKS.

Going out to dinner tonight. I might change my mind, but for now I’m pretty set on the balsamic glazed salmon risotto.

I picked up maple whiskey pork chops & Korean beef for hubby to bbq. I'll make up a Caesar potato salad with veggies & dip
