Hell I had a friend who had it done and then got a divorce. Then he went and got married again and had a vasectomy reversal procedure done.

Recovery enough for work is just a few days. I can't remember the exact amount of recovery time needed before masturbation could begin again... then it was a mad dash. He said it felt odd the first few times but not painful. It was problematic because I was 9 months pregnant at the time and we had a 1.5 year old running around...
