Chicken salad with lots of yummy radishes and beet leaves among other things.
 
I have a particularly loathsome pill that I'm taking 2x/day...I'm considering taking it with mashed potatoes and gravy.

I would have to take mine with cottage cheese.:(

I actually take one with diluted mouthwash because anything is better than that
horrible pill getting hung up. Why don't they coat those????

I wasn't serious about the gravy, although it has merit. Try applesauce, yogurt, or my personal favorite, pudding.

Such horrible pills that I absolutely wouldn't do that to food!

Too bad about the gravy, though, I could put it to good use.:eek:
 
Looks delicious. But, um, upper left? Is that what it looks like? Shiabari pulla ?

The upper left one is not a very successful one, sadly. I think the bottom left looks a lot more shibari-ish than the upper left, though. Although it can be hard to tell from the pic. Tumblr messes up my pics if I post them through the app. Annoying.

I really want to bake some bread sometime soon. I bought a lovely rosemary sea salt sourdough artisan loaf yesterday. I also love ciabatta. I just don't really have the strength for much kneading but I've been reading about no knead or low knead breads lately and they have me interested in trying them.
 
We had our first Fathead pizza tonite. It has been so very long since we had pizza, so this was greatly enjoyed. I

I plan to tweak the recipe a bit to suit our taste a little better but this is good just as it is.

At only 4 carbs per slice, we've finally got a substitute for pizza, crackers, etc.

You can search for "Fathead pizza recipe" on the net if you're doing low carbs.

I still miss potatoes!:(
 
I just ate corn on the cob, and realized I always, as a matter of unconcious habit, eat it like I'd read a printed page: left to right, top to bottom. What a simple creature...

Haphazardly is a splendid word.

I was thinking of it a few days ago when the subway was closed for ‘planned engineering work.’ I couldn’t help wondering whether they ever did unplanned engineering? Like, heuristic engineering where they hand everyone a selection of tools to try and let them express themselves?

And don’t get me started on people who eat pizza haphazardly.
