I guess the scenario doesn't occur often enough for any specialized vocabulary to have entered general usage. On the upside, you can be a trailblazer!
Maybe shish kebab or one of the equivalents would suffice to get the idea across? FMF shish kebab, MMF, etc.

UrbanDictionary is sometimes helpful but searching this particular thing was tricky. In the end, I think the definitions for "Innersex", "Meat Condom" and "Penetration Pendulum" come closest, but I have never heard of any of these so I do not know how common they actually are.
