My date spent the night last night and got up at 7AM - way too early for me. At least the coffee was ready when I finally rolled out of bed two hours later.

Night sweats. Almost nightly for the past couple of months. Almost always at 2ish and 4ish.

Last night was the first night in a while with only a single night sweat... here's hoping the trend continues!

Perimenopause sucks.

I prefer being sweaty in bed for other reasons!

It’s two or three inches, guys. I know it’s been a nothingburger of a snowy winter here, but no need to mobilize five snowplows for three inches.
