Do you know this gay male story?

A young man tries to "man up" by working on a ship. He is weak, clumsy, seasick... An older sailor guesses that on top of it, he is gay, and protects his secret. He takes care of the young man... There is a hot scene where the older has to warm up the younger (that fell in the sea!), by lying naked under blankets together. Spoiler alert: he is gay too and they fall in love!
