If this scene jogs any memories could you give me the title of the film.

It was probably made in the late 90s early 2000s but set in the decadent 80s. It had that retro feeling similar to films like American Psycho, or 54. The Aids pandemic was a sort of background theme.

The only image that stands out to me was in one of the final scenes, where this blonde girl is sun baking at the beach, completely oblivious to the bruises on her body. She had Aids but was ignoring it. It had that "party is over" type of vibe
