I don't know that it's even a valid argument. Many legal scholars reviewed his decisions and came to the conclusion that he's fairly objective in his decisions.

The problem (as in ALL legal decisions) is that some people don't agree with the final outcome. They then try to use this to say the judge wasn't "fair" or "objective" somehow.

If the judge follows the rules, adheres to the process, and devotes his reasoning to being neutral on the facts and applies the law correctly, whether you like the outcome or not is irrelevant to "fair" or "objective".

BotBoy posts quite a bit, but that guy is as serious as a heart attack. He just seems angry all the time. None of the extreme stuff he says is funny at all. I actually remember Que being somewhat self-deprecating at times, but BotBoy is picky and defensive to the max. Is he an only child?
