What time for Earth Day Story Posting?

I have a story for the Earth Day contest. When does Wednesday March 24 begin for the purposes of the contest?

May I submit my story at 00:01 my time or is it west coast time or GMT (UTC).

Not that I'm trying to be anal here but I want to get to bed early tonight and still have my story submitted ASAP.

I think all contest deadlines are Pacific Time -- Currently Pacific Standard time. I make it roughly four hours and a twenty minutes from the time of this post.

(edited because I counted a couple of fingers twice trying to do arithmatic without my clculator. )

I should have just posted it before the starting time. My submission time was about 00:30 PST and it hasn't even been looked at, yet there are two stories already posted.

Of course, maybe there were several people who submitted at 00:01 or whatever. That would imply that there are people out there even more anal than I am.
