I just have a question.....no it's not a question its a comment....no I take that back.....its a BIG FUCKING COMMENT. I have been a member of Lit chat for a long time now. It was a wonderful place to be when I started. The people were nice, and we were taken care of by the people we put our trust in. Yes i said our TRUST. And those people are the CM's...or chatmasters and mistresses of Lit chat. Some are good, others are dissapointing. I just have a few words to say on the steep hill Litchat is rolling down at the speed of a bullet. Now, we are no longer protected by the people we have put our trust in. Yes I said TRUST again. Litchat has turned into a place where the good and honest people can no longer feel comfortable going. We are shunned upon when we need help. We are ridiculed openly. And most depressing and ANGERING is that we are discouraged from voicing opinions or ideas. Or even merely expressing our creativity. And a good example of this is what happend in Lit a nite ago. Two people. Two HONEST< GOOD< LOYAL friends.......were shunned and frowned upon. And you know why? Because they expressed thier fondness and true friendship towards one another. And it was doen by some one of "authority".
Now my next question......why the hell are these highly emotional, highly volatile people allowed to govern us? When is democracy going to make its way into one of all of our's greatest pasttimes? When do we get to vote on who is the BEST person or persons for the job? We need people who are understanding, who do not take crap, and most of all.....DO NOT TAKE SIDES. This is ridiculous.......pure ridiculous. What has happened to society these days? When the bullies of the world are given a "badge" and freedom to belittle, ridicule and DEHUMANIZE what we all hold so dear? OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OUR FREEDOM TO CO-EXIST IN HARMONY?
I know this has been brought to others attention. No one can tell me it hasnt been, time and time again. I MYSELF have asked, begged and pleaded for help from the "higher authorities"...........and look what it got me? Writing this piece of crap as a last resort......or last hope if you will......that my favorite place will indeed be brought back to all of us who hold it dear.
If you dont remember anything else about this post.......please remember this.......yes the good people, and the true friends can be found on the web........and yes even on sex sites, or chat sites, whatever you wish to call it.........so why make these people feel unwelcomed......unloved.....inhuman......literally pieces of shit?
