Guy gets out of school and is sent away for a few years. Author's choice; college, military, or just world traveling. Point is to be independent and have as little contact with home as possible aside from a few letters or phone calls. Plan on arrival back home is to join Dad's company and learn it with the goal of taking it over when dad retires.
When he gets back home, he can feel things are a bit different, but can't figure out just what. It'll be a couple of more weeks before he's expected at the Office. Dad's there, but acting different. Mom's appearance has changed and she seems more in control. Even Sis seems really different. And then there is the guy's HS girlfriend who has been patiently and dutifully waiting for him. [ Part of the author's role here is to describe why she waited. Culture? Devotion? ]
When he finally goes to the office, his world gets disrupted. Sitting in the big office at the big desk is not Dad, but Mom. Sis is nearby too and so is the GF. That blows his mind bad enough, but how they're dressed twists and contorts his world view. And his pants.
Skirts too short, heels too high, dresses and suits too tight, blouses/shirts unbuttoned too low. Hair and make-up more fit for a fashion shoot than an office. But all extremely stylish and professional ... and clearly expensive.
Mom takes the floor and Sonny's eyes pop out as her shirt is almost completely sheer, nearly fully exposing her exquisite chest. Skirt above mid-thigh.
'Do I have your attention?'
She proceeds to explain how bad Dad screwed up and almost lost the company and all of their family assets. She didn't know how bad it was until she came on as a part time book keeper. Her previous experience allowed her to get to the root of the problem and turn things around. In addition to her financial expertise, she discovered she could use her 'assets' to get to the 'root' of the execs at other companies and restore the family company to profitability.
Dad had been relegated to a traveling sales manager position and was rarely in the home office. Mom, Sis and GF fully took over and did whatever was necessary ... what EVER was necessary. They learned that they could bamboozle clients into signing almost anything by distracting them with their bits and favors.
'They'll sign anything if you let them see your tits.' Mom goes on to say.
Sis adds on 'and when you open your mouth or your legs, they're all yours.'
GF is just standing there grinning from ear to ear, licking her lips seductively.
Mom sends the GF off to her afternoon delight session with a client ' make him very happy and get that contract!'

I've had bit and parts of this written out several times, but couldn't pull it all together. I know someone can.
