What the hell do I do now?

I'm in a bit of a quandrary about a recent relationship. Me and a fuckbuddy used to get together at regular intervals for about a month. We had loads of fun together and he even got me a pretty sapphire ring, although he was careful to aviod any connotations of making our relationship official.
Fast forward to a few weeks later when he stops contacting me about our regular meetings. Yesterday I IMed him with " I want you to suck my boobs" (something he greatly enjoyed doing during our ... sessions). His reply?
"im busy"
So my question is, what the hell do I do now? We've been freinds for years, its prety unlikely he's decided to move on. Has he just lost interest? How the hell can you just ignore a message begging you to suck someone's lovely boobs? Am I doing something wrong? Do I contact him soon or let him take his time?
