I’m having a moment…my therapist said one of my issues is I’m either 100% in with weak or no boundaries or I’m 100% out cutting people out of my life. She says I need to find middle ground. Guess what’s easiest though….

I’m having a moment. Presents are wrapped and under the tree. It’s a small Christmas this year. We’re celebrating tomorrow and then my daughter flies out to see her dad. It’s very different this year but different can be good. Hug your people tight.
