What the hell…Chilly’s little spot on lit

I got a talking to at work today. In the last 2 weeks I’ve completely snapped and lost my shit on 3 different coworkers.

I could blame the coworkers, pain, stress or even menopause. But as I was driving in to work this morning I was doing some self talk that had me realizing I might be the problem. So now I’m thinking I really am the problem.

Now I have to figure out how to fix me.

We all have our demons. Sometimes it’s a sign that I need to mellow out, be more sensative to other people, look at things from another perspective, or hell I was just plain wrong. That’s often a difficult pill to swallow. Apologies aren’t always accepted, or maybe even necessary, so unless I totally offended someone I don’t. I also try to consider that someone else’s demons may have caused mine to rise to the surface. You’re a sweet lady, Chilly, and people see that.

Thank you. I believe I had legitimate reasons to be upset but I should have handled things differently. I should’ve spoken softer and not let my feelings dictate my reactions. I tend to get loud when I’m really hurt and frustrated. So I’ll be working on not reacting and handling situations after I’ve calmed down.

It's always good if you can cool down before you bite someones head off. You get on top of the situation and have the advantage because you've thought through what you'll do or say.
It's never good to wright or say something in affect..........I know....... But I've grown and learned.
