What Stressors Can You Let Go of Today to have a better Tonight

If I could just let go of all the stressors in my life that is possible, it might just make for a better night.

Here goes mine

1. Argument with a coworker
2. Saving up for a Trip to visit my family
3. Retirement (Never too early to think about it)
4. Health care..get it?
5. Health of myself
6. Worried about my son in military
7. Worry for my Mom
8. Going back to work soon

There, I let go of what I could. I might have to do it again tomorrow, but for tonight it just might be a little bit better.
 
Get everything done that I need to, that's bothering me a lot!

Hopefully things will be done by tonight, so I can relax a bit.
 
When I think about my stressors, I get stressed.

Therefore I must stop thinking.

Not sure what I can let go of.
If I could take care of them, I would have already done so.
I have done what I can, but circumstances as such that I must remain pretty much on alert until things are resolved and so far, they are not heading in that direction.
