What small creatures make your skin crawl ?

I woke up this morning to find a 10cm (4 inch) Weta crawling over my bed covers. I don't mind spiders and mice and other things, but weta's make me cringe. So I got up, put a hand towel over it and threw it out the window. I have not gone back for the towel yet, lol

I can remember when we first moved into this house, we had a pretty bad wolf spider problem, of course the cats would catch em and kill em but some got to be pretty big, I can remember the one in the upstairs shower, the body alone was bigger than the palm of my hand! I of course scream bloody murder and make someone come and kill it!

That's it. They have a hell of a bite with those front pinchers too. The cat loves to play with them but always comes off second best. I had to use kitchen tongs last week to pull one off her paw.......

ROACHES, man, the FUCKING roaches. I can't stand them. My significant other, a major pacifist, insist that wheneve I see one in my apartment that I should capture it and set it free outside <shudders> I stomp those bastards whenever I can! HATE THEM!!!

Other gross creepy-crawlies: beetles, silverfish, centipedes, and ants. Mostly anything with an exoskeleton -- including lobsters! God they look evil.

(As a side note, I used to have mice in this apartment, but they were really cute and didn't bother me. It simply wasn't sanitary to have mice running around, so I plugged up the hole with steel wool.)

I don't really like any of the small bugs...so I just use whatever is heavy and close and use it to smash them. Makes me feel better too.

Centipeeds!!!! I just hyperventilate and I become paralyzed with fear. I use to have a hard time with spiders but I have improved over the years. Good thing I normally have one male, child or husband at home to take care of the creepy crawlies for me.

Not creepy. Soothing. I prefer the subtle demure display of affection over the highstrung yapping and licking of the dog...seems he wants to do that right after he has spent the lsat 15 minutes licking his balls. NO THANKS!

I used to be so terrified of spiders that I could walk into a room and within seconds spot one. I would then leave the room until someone removed it (one time the property manager).
Strangely they don't bother me at all anymore, but I prefer them outside.

What I absolutely cannot stand indoors or out are earwigs. Ewww they're so creepy and disgusting with their little pinchers and they move so fast, and they hide under stuff....ugh!!!
I think cockroaches would top my list but I've never seen a live one other than at a museum..yes a bug museum.

Basically anything carrying disease, or that can bite, and has the ability to sneak in my pants legs...... Yick
