I have a friend who's 8 yo has Sensory Processing Disorder so I can completely sympathize with you knowing what she goes through. I know there are days like today that there is no light at the end of the tunnel, much less anywhere else.
I'll even vouch for arthritis sucking too!
Please keep your chin up as you are making a difference to him. You're his voice and his whole world.

Thanks Gracie. I'm trying my best but he is all over the spectrum literally- emotionally intuitive but won't make eye contact, speaks in full sentences but doesn't have the emotional language to express himself and I don't know how to teach him that. So there's no book that's right for where he's at that I have been able to find. I've been trying to get more crafty stuff that he likes for his aba sessions, thank goodness for back to school at least.
Wanting yellow nail polish. Driving to the store to get yellow nail polish. Painting nails yellow. Then realizing that yellow is NOT my color. Ugly.
If your av is you, you might find an antique gold color can work well (I'm pale af most of the year, it usually works on me.). Or maybe use it blended into a blue for a custom teal to green?
