A man has some kind of medical problem, the only solution being therapy that requires him to be in a medically induced coma for 3 days. As he falls asleep he begins a 3 day long dream, one where he has the power to do anything he likes. After a while, he start to think of the sexual applications of his time here.

Any kind of story could follow, some rape, some incest, BDSM, what d'yah think?

Maybe this works as a futuristic Sci-Fi sort of story.

A war vet has been suffering from PTSD and all of his dreams turn into violent night terrors. He cannot sleep and is on verge of acting out in a violent way to these terrors. His life is a disaster so he checks into a psych ward for Vets.

A prudish psych doctor has a new device that she is in clinical trials with. This device reads the subject's own terrible dreams and tries to supplant those memories with pleasant ones. Sort of a forced reprogramming. This machine displays the dream or memory that the subject is having as a gauge of how the new memory suggestion is affecting the patient. The doctor sees everything the patient is experiencing in POV.

Because this is an erotic story...
Of course all of the clinically accepted pleasant memory input such as his mother, home, childhood, is all failing. The psych doc really wants this system to work (presumably she will make a ton money of it works) so she pulls out the stops and starts inputting sexual suggestions in the machine. She is hoping to use the patient's own natural sex drive to help supplant the night terrors. Every sexual suggestion she enters causes the patient to have a vivid sexual dream and she watches it on the monitor as it plays out in his head.

Unfortunately while each erotic starts out perfectly normal, they quickly turn into something that is sexually twisted and disturbing. The new sexual input seems to be mixing with the previously entered input and things like having sex with his mother or extreme masochism is the result. Even though his dreams are no longer murderous and war-like, They are no more healthy than the original dreams. If she doesn't find a fix for this new problem she will have turned a Vet with PTSD into an extreme sexual predator.

The doc knows she has already gone far enough down the treatment path that she cannot take him back and if she stops she will have just created a sexual predator. The psych doc decides that she needs to put in a sexual image of a woman that patient knows and loves to get the treatment back on track. Not having access to images of anyone he knows she considers using an image of herself. She knows the love part is missing from her image, but that seems to be her only option.

This new input causes an extremely vivid dream of the patient making love to the psych doctor and she cannot help but touch him and he is dreaming. As she watches the monitor she finds that touching the patient helps reinforce the positives in her suggestion. This touching is completely contrary to her prudish nature so she is reluctant and holds back. Even with the light touching his dreams still become disturbing (at least to her). She is taken aback by this, but is at the same time somehow intrigued.

The psych doc continues to administer sessions with the patient using her own image and giving him increasingly suggestive sexual situations. She starts to come out of her prudish shell and the amount of touching she does also increases until she is actually fucking him, sucking him, sitting on his face, etc., in his sleep as she watches his reaction on the monitor. Eventually she wants him to take her, but alas he truly is asleep and dreaming so he never does...
