I think about this from time to time.

I'm certain that for me someone being "sexy" happens from both physical and non-physical characteristics. I find a huge variety of women to be physically attractive (thin, curvy, athletic, tall, petite, all kinds of ethnicities, big asses, tight butts, almost any age from 20-70, etc) and I could therefore consider them sexy. I'm way more picky about what I find sexy in a man. A guy pretty much has to be really fit to turn me on. A huge penis helps too but it isn't completely necessary.

A big part of "sexiness" is confidence as some other posters have mentioned. A woman of any physical type can be sexy if she owns it. I think a big percentage of women fail to understand just how much power they could have over the men around them (assuming that is something they want) if they project sexual confidence. Never under estimate the power of the pussy.
