I think when you come to lit, you make a decision (conscious or not) about what kind of poster you will be. If you had to say what kind of poster is your favorite, which would it be?

other :)

i don't think i myself am confined to just one of those categories and those are the type of lit people i like also

I think the people who like polls, also like stats.....80% of all people agree with this finding

:D

A great poster can use a bit of "all of the above" when it is called for and timely.

In truth, the posters that I would define as "great", not only amuse me, titillate the grey matter or hot pink matter, they also are people I respect.

They are not pretenders or game players, even though many don't share their personal lives on the forum.

They just are.

It's actually all of those things you mentioned in your poll that makes a "great" lit poster. Some people just like to post..some like to start threads.

These words stood out for me. They sum up exactly how I feel about posters I like, and also the ones I don't. Just like in r/l there might not be a tangible reason I like or dislike someone. I just do.

The best posters are those who can be themselves, no matter what category they may normally post in. :)

Sense of humor. Somebody who not only is funny, but also has a lightness about life and their participation on Lit. Happy, together people.

Intelligence. I can't help it, I'm drawn to smart boys and girls. With that however, is the caveat that they are not arrogant.

Playfulness. Somebody who can have fun.

I'm not into drama queens or attention whores. I think it's because I've been there before, so can see it so clearly for what it is. Life really is better with less whine.

Decorum. I don't want to know every detail of everybody's personal life. I prefer to get to know people privately and slowly for that.

No head games or attempts at emotional blackmail, please.

I like boys who don't chase every skirt at Lit. It's easy to get to know them in a pressure-free, non-threatening way.

I like people who can debate without getting emotionally involved and don't stoop to personal attacks. People who can really listen to what the other is saying, without becoming defensive. Not to say that we have to agree, but it's nice to converse as adults.

Was that in depth enough for ya'll? ;-)

Sharp wit, wicked sense of humor, sexy thinking. Hehe, and if she's a little shorter than me, thick boddied with shoulder length hair - I'll marry her too.
