My physical therapist told me today that on Thursday we are finally going to use the weights and then we are possibly done. Smiling now.
Weights are really good to continue with, very good for bone density. I always thought swimming was good for that but I started a relationship with Eva Braun a number of years ago and she showed me the error of my ways.
