In all seriousness, they are really trying to do the whole diversity, equal opportunity, work on the next generation of women leadership type deal, but I like to pick on them because it is very clear all the hr people who design these things became familiar with Americans from our media. Really, I pick on them more than I should, but they come up with some really funny ass shit during these sometimes.

When my wife went to the Philippines with her company's tech department, they were shocked that a big American woman knew about computers, and didn't want to eat just cheeseburgers and fries. She told me she spent the first day explaining to them how she went from a secretary to a lead analyst in the department (manager equivalent, without the hiring/firing/paperwork). The last night, she had many of the men there still shocked that she was that up on the food chain.
