http://smilecwm.tripod.com/cwm/circle.gif I see different ones of you at night (a.m. hours more specifically), others during the day, and alot all of the time. What hours do you consider yourself to be here the most?

I work in Alaska seasonally and may be here at any given time (whenever I wake up and want to go to the store and get somemore Mountain Dew or beerBeer, ie.), and I am off season right now. Is this making any sense Cheyenne?

Well i work third shift at a stupid ass job which always lays us for for 3 days of every month so im always around at different times because i never know when i will be free!! it just seems like im always here because outside of work and my daughter i have no life!!

Naked Honey, you're among the Best...

I find that I'm coming here rather than tv. THIS is entertainment. This is the stuff of Seinfeld. People here share everything, and you can punch someone in the nose without getting shot over a joke. I love all of the various shifts, and I think they fluctuate like you and me.

Hmm, get up at ten, work until two, go to second job at three, come back at ten. Late shift for me..

Never...

Hi,

Is that a split shift of 12 hours on the clock? You're one of my favorites, too.

My favorite time is until 3p.m. my time. Unfortunately, I have been getting up very late, and don't get the full benefit! Must change that before Tuesday.

SLEEEEP! I need SLEEEP!
It won't let me go, the board has me! Laurel, turn it off!
TURN IT OFF!

Lemme see. Dat's four plus seven.. oh dear, dem brain cells went *pop* Hmmm.. I don't think that's twelve.
Eh? 11.. But I'll be working full time on my second job now so that's only.. 2:30 to 11 on five days and three to ten on two days but that's only 14 and she has to do my 15 so I'll get a four shift stuck in a morning.
Hmmm, too much math.
Anyways, I'm one of your favorites? Oh, yes, pet me. The ego-it starts out little and then it grows and grows and builds healthy bones when suckled on the milk of complmentry thoughts.

What are you gonna call yourself when you hit 1000, Never? The way you're going, it will be soon. LOL

You Never, you...

You didn't say if it was working am or pm. Plus ask me how good my math are.

I work 16/7's 3-4 months at a time, and time on a clock doesn't ring a bell with me anymore. And you are one of my fav'z.

I've always liked the Mad Madam Mim. OhmyGoodness I loved the purple dragon she shoulda been a lawyer.

Are you an electrician or construction worker? Or do you work doubles?

Chicken McNuggets...

16 hours a day catching Fillet-O-Fish 7 days a week, and wasting a good portion of our seas along with it. Music lah, lah, lah...I write songs, too.

It opens a window for Time...

Hi April.

Everything is done in bursts of Time. Except my typing and lightening bursts of thought when I do this...

Missed this one..must have been goofing off elsewhere.........My shift is about 6 to 11 at night est. We have to computer in the living room so who ever is on can watch tv talk and still be on the putter.......Thats my story and I'm sticking too it.

I like being on wizzie.i mean when wizzie is on....but i am actually on around 5 pm until too late at night

I come here to hide from kids, critters, the huge oreo cookie cake in the kitchen...

When am I not on? Probably when I'm at chosunilbo, hangookilbo, or one of those other ilbodurlee. These people have a perfectly wonderful alphabet, has our beat all to smack really. Do they use it? No, this INSIST on using chinese characters. There I am, reading merrily along when BAM a character I don't know. Since I know only about 20 of the damned things, thats not too difficult.

The cool thing tho, I don't have to speak one of the Chinese languages to become literate in Chinese. That is so cool, you have no idea. They don't conjugate verbs n that scares the bejeezus outta me.

So I run here to hide from my job too. Gawd, talk about stress relief. I usually prefer not to be online from noon to midnight, but that never works out.

OK, I'm addicted

I turn on the 'puter when I get up in the morning to check out what happened overnight. Not just in here, but in the rest of the world.

When I get home I turn on the 'puter to catch up on what happened while I was at work. Like Wizzie, my 'puter is in the living room so it's on til bedtime.

I too am an addict. My favorites list is growing at an alarming rate. I turn on the puter first thing in the morning, check it when I come home for lunch, it is on most of the night. I pop in & out at all hours of the day & night. Working in retail, I have crazy hours & with the insomnia, I only sleep aboput 4-5 hours a day. Mine is in the living room also, mainly because I live in a small apartment & don't have a lot of space. I love this board & am really glad I found it.

me too me too!! adDICted!

I work 3rd shift too.. 4pm to 12am during the day i pop in and out sporadically (ugh.. that statement reminds of my ex for some reason) but am mostly on after work for a hour or maybe two.. my daytime stuff is gonna stop soon though :( gonna get a parttime day job

its gonna be hard going cold turkey!

hey yeah.. thanx for remindin me Cheffy dude.. thats eastern time.. so when i get on its still early for a lot of you and there are always lots of peeps here! :)

I work the 6-10 shift Pacific time normally so I can stir havoc with some mates but at the moment we have all been too busy, damn it!

Angel, siren, SS... call this an SOS bout time we all played again.

Tommorrow night?

Later

Da Chef

YES! I'm not in the Twilight Zone today, it actually makes sense! You fish for a living? Cool! I fish for fun.

My normal work hours are 9 am to 7 or 8 pm CST, sometimes longer, rarely shorter. You'll find me here in the morning while I eat breakfast, and in the evening when I finally get home until way past bedtime. I've learned to function with less sleep. And I can't remember the last time I watched TV. This is more entertaining.

Well I work 4am till noon and I come on here when I am off work and not sleeping. So every free moment I am here....kind of sad when you really think of it!
