I don't like those medium heights either.

The way I figure it:
I'll survive a small fall, maybe break something
I won't survive a huge fall, definite breakage of alot of bones
Medium heights can break anything or nothing depending on how you land. I fell on my chest once and just had the air knocked out, but if I had fallen on my head I'd probably be dead.

Really steep stairs with small steps bug me too

I have had a recurring nightmare throughout my life. I am at the top of a very wide, very steep and very long set of stairs and I must get to the bottom with no rail to hold onto. Wakes me up in a cold sweat every time. Anyone wanna analyze that one for me???

I hate heights. I've got over 80 parachute jumps and that never bothered me. But standing in a tall building and looking down scares the hell out of me.

Losing the woman I love scares me just as bad. That would be as bad as falling out of the building.
