What is your favorite Winter Olympic sport to watch?

Fav Sport

I'd have to agree that figure skating is one of my fav's along with skiing. For summer olympics...gymnastics ( I was one for years) and diving. This is just my two cents!

My favorite is the downhill skiiing, but I also like the luge and the bobsled! I think it is the speed that attracts me......:D

ToddH:)

I like the figure skating too. The bobsled and luge(sp?) is pretty exciting. :)

Ice hockey is my favorite sport for the winter olympics.

Luge and downhill skiing are also cool!

hmmm

I think mine is down hill dog fucking. Oh wait...is that dog sledding? Hell I think it's short pole ski jumping. Well I give up I like them all.:p

Folks we have a new olympic sport

:p

I like ice skating too but I hate the fact that I do because it makes me feel like my weird grandmother on my stepfather's side.

:D

hahahaha

:D

now how did that one slip passed the conservative mormon Utahans on the committee?

Because it looks alot like just standing behind the dog. But if you put that visual with sliding down hill......now thats a sport.

figure skating tops my list!!

next in line is skiing and hockey :)

I like bobsled and luge, along with ski jumping and hockey.

There is a new sport they are coming out with this year........

Free Hand Snow Writing!!! Filled with talent from all over the world. They are trying to get people to drink dyes to make the writing more colorful than yellow........:p :p :p

Downhill skiing is the most exciting thing to watch.

I like women's figure skating because they develop terrific looking
legs.

Hockey would be my favorite team activity.

Hockey Hockey is a must, I guess that is a Canadian thing. The speed of Bobsleding as well and speedskating is pretty cool as well.

I would love to try it but without a hockey stick I would fall over.

Luge and Bobsled are nice but I'd have to say that.

Speed Skating and Ski Jumping have to be my favorites. Seeing those guys flying through the air almost makes me want to try it. Again.............lol Almost.;) :)

I like downhill and figure skating, sure sure sure sure, just like everyone.
But then there's speed skating.
And that thing with guns and cross-country.

I like the odd little orphan sports.
You know, like luge was until a few years ago.

Winter Olympics is weird, who came up with the idea of skiing and stoping to shoot every once in a while?

Hockey. Followed by the luge and bobsledding. I'd like to give those a whirl, someday. I also like the ski jump and the figure skating.

You mean you've never heard of Germans?

Synchronised Drowning...... oh no, that's the Summer Olympics.

Ski Jumping, the British way. Fall of the end and come last!

Downhill skiing by far the best!

But also lets see if I can smoke shit loads of dope and still snowboard can be quite fun (well the aerial stuff anyway)

The Skating is too much

I appreciate the athleticism and all, but I can't stand the commentary, and the waiting for scores, and the endless background material on these sappy, spoiled rich kids.
(I wouldn't mind a web cam from Tanya Harding's mobile home, though).
Scott Hamilton isn't half as bad as John Tesh at the Summer Games, but still.
Today's Globe and Mail says Elvis Stojko "intends to end his Olympic career with a blast.
"The 29-year-old skater from Richmond Hill, Ont., said Wednesday that he will attempt three quadruple jumps for the first time in the men's figure skating long program."
That should be worth the price of watching NBC.
