Rofl. I think it depends on the person. Even if I was in a submissive mood--which at the moment, I definately am not--I'd smack someone for calling me a fat ass cunt.

Likewise, some would find pet more upsetting than toy or whatnot. It depends on the person and the mood--the person you're calling the name and the person calling the name! If I was in a subby mood and the scene was subby, I could find it hot being called a toy. Right now, though, I consider that certainly more insulting than 'pet', which I find kind of cute and endearing. I still wouldn't tolerate being called it (as I mentioned, I'm not really in a subby mood at the moment), but hey! It's still kind of cute.

I would have to agree. I'd much rather be called pet than sex toy. Sex toy to me, implies that you're just something to be fucked and nothing more, that there are no feelings there except physical attraction.
