What is thedeal with the picture?

I have seen many many times on here where people have problems with the way their images look, either all washed out because they used a flash at arms length or dark because the snuck taking the picture and didn't want to wash it out with a flash, too much detail, wrong size, all kinds of things. I would be glad to either fix images for people, or tell them how. I have some very nice graphics software and a fair amount of time (now don't swamp me here) And I am very sure there are others who would also be willing to help, for instance a female volunteer to help clean up the men's photos would be nice. Let me know how I can help you look better in your posts, get more done with what you have, or offer suggestions on ways to make images look more like what you want them to rather than what the camera did to them.
