I lived in Tx for many many years.... El Paso, Abilene, Ft Worth, Austin, and Brownsville. Yes I know the heat very well. But humidty is nothing like that inland as it is on the coast.

If you adhere to Dante's vision of Hell Satan's balls are actually encased in ice so it would be very chilly.
