It just gets slowed down. The Hotmail Email Review Department (HERD) of the FBI is under funded. But when Al Gore built the internet, Bill said 'give that yahoo whatever he wants to keep busy', the Yahoo department always gets all the money it needs.

The hotmail emails just take longer before theyre read and sent on their way to the real recipient.

I'm on msn with webtv and as soon as i get my computer up and running i'm getting rid of msn it's been slow sometimes i can't get on for over an hour.

But it could be the FBI since they were given permission to do what they want.

They are after redwave.
