Rated from best to worst:

1. An RV with a bed.
2. A pickup with a canopy (get in the back) - this was my favorite when I was a teenager; lots of hot sessions in the back (and front) of my '59 Chevy pickup. I covered the floor with several inches of carpet padding and carpeting, and I always had pillows and sleeping bags stashed back there.
3. A van with some room to stretch out.
4. A limo with privacy glass.
5. A large luxury car with bench seats.
6. A mid sized car.
7. A compact.
8. A sub-compact.
9. A sports car.
10. A race car.

Very difficult and not recommended:

1. a motorcycle.
2. a bicycle.

I think the driver of said car would have a tremendous impact on the ranking of the car.
