As far as sexual attraction is concerned, I must admit I don't really care if they're fake. But size does worry me, and I certainly don't like them to be unnaturally big. I think I prefer small breasts too actually But I am both an arse man and a leg man before a breasts man, so they're not a high priority anyway.
But as far as a real relationship is concerned, I would definately have less respect for a woman who has had plastic surgery, and a woman who had had a boob job would have to have very endearing qualities to get me to look past it. *Sigh* And I was just going to ask Dolly Parton to dinner too....

but turned off by the Mammoth Mammaries.

My ideal breast size would be 34-36 with a B or C cup size.

I also appreciate all other aspects of a woman's body. But none of that physical stuff is the true determinant of whether or not I'm attracted to a woman. The body will get the second look, but the total package of the woman and who she is as a person is what really turns me on.

Ultimately it is the eyes that will cause me to go beyond the initial interest. The eyes truly reveal the spirit and heart of the person.

Being "graced" by nature with a set of heavy ones way too large for my size those don'T really look fake to me by the way they "hang" (sorry for lack of a better word but were they fake they would be sitting a lot higher in her chest I would assume - unless she got the money back for the surgery done)

One question though to all the guys saying they would not really be thrilled (to put it nicely) by a woman having had a "boob job " done to her:

How about having a reduction? Are you guys aware that breast reductions leave MUCH larger and MUCH more visible scars than enlargements? How would you feel if Miss Killertitts (sizewise) told you that unfortunately that was already only half of what she used to have? And by "unwrapping" the package the remaining Mountains (as opposed to the soft fleshy hills) were abiding to the laws of graphity as soon as released from their confines?

Still think you woulnd't prefer the "no scar" artificial ones?

sorry, i have to disbelieve that idea. i wouldn't touch another woman. i'm engaged and the only breasts i like to play with or have an interest in touching are hers. aside from that, size isn't an issue with me so long as it is natural. i've played with fakes, they just don't feel the same to me. and as far as an optimal size i'd say b or c, but i have had a gf with d's, but they were firm and not saggy. and no they weren't fakes...

I don't know, that "puff-tit" look is so 80's porn......frosted hair teased out for miles and the deepest fake tan around.....just played.

The problem is excess.......not tits. There are tasteful boob jobs out there... like anything, once taken too far it becomes grotesque and far too unnatural for regular folks.
I've never dated a girl with even so much as a "medium" chest. I don't really care about tits... but even so-called natural tits can look weird on the wrong body....

Can and have - I am not so lead around by my little head that I will have sex with a beautiful woman, enhanced breasts or natural, just to have sex. I have to at least like the woman first, preferably already be in a relationship with them.

I am not attracted to women who have obviously enhanced breasts - they look unnatural and hard, and I prefer them at least somewhat soft as all natural breasts are. I like almost all sizes except the very large ones, and the nonexistant.

I have seen women who have had moderate enhancement and that is okay if it makes them feel better, but except in extreme situations I don't think it is necessary and prefer to go with what nature provided.

I think for some women, it not only makes sense from a psychological sense, but also from a physical health viewpoint.

My ex had a breast reduction and she looks better for it, plus she is happier with them. I knew another woman who also had this done (before and after) and she looked better for it.

That is unfortunate - I heard from my ex that the scars were visible, I haven't seen them myself.
