what is something you make that you love

I make soap and bath stuff. I love doing it. I'm a pretty good cook also.

I'm a woodcarver and when I get in the mood the wood flies and when the figure is completed instead of feeling worn out I am entirely relaxed. Wish this would happen more often than it does bur RL gets in the way.

That is so cool what's the hardest part about that

I love making music and special meals for family and friends. I'm exceptional with one of these and would like to be better with the other, but love doing both.

I also love making my kids smile and laugh. My heart knows no greater joy.

And I love making those little happy swells of moisture appear along my wife's bottom eyelid, or in the corner of her eyes, happy-stuff that sometimes starts down her cheeks because of some small gesture, or something I said at just the exact right time that makes her feel loved, and the happiest she could ever be.

Nice thread. I think I'll start doing more of all of the above.

Awwwwww that is so sweet I love kids can't wait to have some of my own one day and think you I try to come up with questions that are fun and sexy but sometimes make you think

I was a musician back in highschool, so I used to play music a lot.

I am very creative and tend to make simple around the house projects into works of art, I'm very detail oriented and love doing projects where I work with my hands. I've painted things before, made some sketches to help friends with projects, jerry-rigged contraptions to keep cars running, and I love taking a school project and going above and beyond making something Really worth keeping.

Recently I haven't made anything really, unless you count meals that I put time and love into. I think it's the season and school to blame, it's all dreary outside, and I feel like I have no extra time for much of anything.

Wow that's beautiful

Cooking for family and friends (and lovers, of course) is my favorite way of show my care for them and I derive great pleasure from it. Something about feeding them well while delighting their tastebuds inspires me like almost nothing else.

^^ This.

The hardest thing about woodcarving is getting started. You don't need to be an artist or have any special talent. All that can be learned.

I make very awesome cheddar scalloped potatoes. :D

Actually, I'm pretty good at cooking in general. I enjoy making homecooked meals. It has kinda spoiled me for going out to eat in a restaurant, because usually I know I could make the meal better, and cheaper.

I guess I should really STFU about that though because now my husband never takes me out anymore. :(
Ooh, recipe? I love scalloped potatoes and can't stand box mixes. My problem with cooking is that the mister is also very good at cooking and he's been kicking me out of the kitchen lately.

Yes, I have to agree with this. I love baking and am currently enjoying a pan of brownies. The recipe is one that my mother has had for nearly 50 years. I'm also slowly mastering breads and recently impressed the hell out of my European MiL with a loaf of a sweet holiday bread. She decided that she prefers it to the local specialty!

Ooh I'd love to see a photo?!

Here it is, with the laptop inside. I'm not sure whether I ought to do something more with the flap, instead of just leaving it as a raw edge - I feel like it wants something more, but not sure what.

Hi Not a chip carver, but a carver. Do you ever do any erotic carving? I'm working on a couple for a friend right now. Work keeps getting in the way!
