what is fidelity

I am new to Lit still the question of fidelity has been a topic among some of my pals. What the hell is fidelity

how would u define being faithful to your significant other if they encourage interactions with others

I think fidelity and loyalty are pretty close.

If the agreement between two people is to be with others than you're not really being unfaithful.

I think fidelity and loyalty both have different meanings in different relationships. As I said before if you're relationship is based on the principal of swinging than fidelity and loyalty are there, you haven't broken any trust. If for instance, even though you're swingers you have an agreement that you will only swing together and you decide to go it alone than you are being unfaithful.

Did that make any sense?
