New York: The Home of the Superheroes known as Spiderman, The Fantastic Four and Daredevil.
BUT WHAT IF Peter Parker had turned to a life of crime instead. What would be changed.
THIS THREAD is based around this premise. The Storyline is that Spiderman, The Chief Henchman of the Kingpin, Kills the Kingpin and assumes his place as lord of the criminal underworld. Now with this in mind, he gather's around him New Yorks Worst Criminals. His goal: to take over New York City.
AS SUCH THIS thread is based around two different sides: The Criminals Working for Spiderman and The heroes protecting New York city, Led in alliance by the heroic Doctor Octopus.
History
In this World it was Doctor Octopus who became the Hero instead of Spiderman.
The Symbiotes Never landed on this world.
Daredevil was killed by Spiderman.

History: Once he was Otto Octavius, a brilliant and respected scientist who had designed a set of robotic arms to aid his research into atomic physics. But a freak laboratory accident exposed Octavius to intense radioactivity, grafting his mechanical appendages to his body and granting him complete telepathic control over them. (In this world the explosion didn’t warp his mind)
Armed, quite literally, with four powerful and nearly indestructible tentacles, Octavius took the name Doctor Octopus. He has sought to protect New York, and stop the super-criminals that plague the city.
Through the years, Doctor Octopus has shown himself to be one of King Spider’s most formidable foes, and their battles have proven to be as brutal as any the heroic scientist has ever thought.
Known Superhuman Powers: Doctor Octopus' abilities derive from his four titanium tentacles. Attached to a stainless-steel harness encircling his lower chest and waist, each telepathically-controlled, telescoping tentacle is capable of moving at speeds of 90 feet per second and can strike with the force of a jackhammer. Also, Doctor Octopus can generate a 50-mph wind by spinning the prehensile limbs like a giant fan. At full extension, the mechanical appendages allow him to travel high above the ground as if on stilts, either using two tentacles, or all four for maximum speed (about 50 mph). Each tentacle is about 5 inches in diameter and terminates in three, single-jointed pincers. The pincers can rotate in relation to the tentacle for 360 degrees, in a screwdriver-like twisting motion.

Real Name: Peter Parker

Occupation: (as King Spider) Leader of the Criminal underworld, CEO of Oscorp (as Peter Parker) Head of New York’s Photography and modelling agency.
Identity: Secret to the main Public, but known to his colleagues.
Legal Status: American citizen with no criminal record.
Former Aliases: Spiderman
Place of Birth: New York City
Group Affiliation: Kingpin’s criminal organisation
Base of Operations: New York City
History: As is the Spiderman history up to his uncle Ben dying.
Shortly after his uncle died, his aunt to died as well, and Peter took up the Spiderman role completely until he was approached by the Wilson Fisk.
Fisk, known also as the kingpin, raised Peter as his own and integrated him back into society, as well as training him to be his henchmen and most trusted lieutenant.
Peter worked well, moving quickly from a position at the daily bugle to beginning his own business, where he promptly went on to marry, his premier model, Mary Jane Watson.
All the while the Spiderman was making a name for himself as a criminal, quickly becoming Doctor Octopus’s Arch Nemesis, and known for having never being caught.
After several years of marriage, Mary Jane Died, and Spiderman helped Fisk take over Oscorp as the unseen managers, with Norman Osborne granting them the technology they needed to stay afloat in return for better business offers and ‘Guinea pigs’.
Recently, Fisk found out that it was he whom had orchestrated his uncle and aunts deaths, and in retaliation killed him, and took up the mantle of Kingpin and changed his title to King Spider. 95% of the criminal population accepted his rule almost instantaneously.
