First entry in my new fantasy series is up. It's a sequel to an older series that was my very first attempt at erotica here, but I wrote it so that you don't require prior knowledge of my other works.

A fantasy political/war drama, following a scandal-ridden nobleman's rise to power, with lots of bloodshed and sex along the way.

I learned a very important lesson from my earlier attempt at a series, and completely finished this one before submitting the first entry. The whole work is 100% done, just splitting it up into chunks of about 15,000 words each.

Is it obvious to anyone that it's about two women?

I'm pretty happy with this one, as it moves three different plot lines forward decently well, with some emotional catharsis that I was scared to tackle but reasonably happy with.

While still coming in just a hair under 6,000 words, which is a size that I like to both write and read! It's also a toe-dip into a new genre category for me, which... we'll see how that goes
