What have you learned recently?

I’m working with bamboo , harvesting a crop of it that’s about 30 feet tall. It’s a amazing plant that people have a love hate relationship with In regards to using it as a landscaping plant. The root ball is also very stubborn to dig up and transplant. The wood itself is amazing to work with and makes awesome bird houses as well as cane poles and zin garden stuff.

And some embrace it. ❤️
That would depend on the context. Sex, or using a gun on your neighbor who thinks he can come on your property and do what he wants without your permission. Fortunately, I don't own a gun and had a male relative who had no problem telling the bastard what would happen if he stepped one inch over property lines. :)

Atomic scale filaments may one day replace the trapped charge memory cell used today in flash storage. It's hard to imagine the words I'm typing may one day be represented by tiny strings of ten or so atoms that either lie flat or stack up to make a connection between two layers. Star Trek level technology!

My neighbor's dog prefers the bacon treats to the beef ones. Soon, we will be bff's.
