He's becoming more hawkish by the minute.

A phrase from his speech yesterday (not verbatim)...

"Any friend of our enemy becomes our enemy as well."

He even looks the part nowadays.

No longer the nice, fresh faced, caring, destroyer of Conservatives of a few weeks ago.

:)

We're losing him!

He's being de-programmed from the "Labour" cult! :p

Myst said:
p_p_man.... when are you going to stop talking politics and come find my G spot, hmm?

As soon as I get a map....

Don't go away...

:)

I think that now that your nice Mr. Blair has finally gotten a chance to be passionate about something. The excitement overcame him, adrenaline rushed his body, and he could no longer think. Give him a nice spot of a tea and some crumpet with the Queen, who should go on and on about her lumbago, and he'll be nicely back to pedantic once more. :)

I think hes just trying to save his sorry arse by becoming a hero,
as the general population of the UK have realised hes more
conservative than the Tories ever were.

The labour party is doing a better job at wrecking the country
than the Tories were.

C.

PS If you can't fix the problem fix the statistics about the problem instead.

Mr Blair..not passionate?

Despite the fact that I never was a "Blairite" I wonder why anyone would think he had nothing to be passionate about in the UK?

Ravaged recently by foot and mouth in England and southern Scotland and Wales. Under the threat of bombing campaign by the "paramilitary" activists of N.Ireland. Many of it`s brave sons and daughters serving in peacekeeping forces all over the world - I would think that he has something in that about which to be passionate.

Although I hope that KMs post was a little tongue in cheek it still struck as somewhat poorly considered. Or perhaps these events matter not?

I`m sure that his visits with the Queen comprise more than Tea and Lumbago, but then you never know I guess.

CH, you obviously know jack shit. Do a little research on ppman's general posting habits.

You may then apologize profusely.

Otherwise, please put me on ignore and have a nice day.

Ho Ho Ho

Give me a break....

You really have got a big one haven`t you?

What in the world would make you think I`d take the effort?

As for p_p`s posting habits I have read them in the past.....however I did not refer to his post but to your reply, which I said I felt was poorly considered...that is my opinion -or is one not permitted to voice in in the world according to KM?

Grow up ! The world has room for lots of us.

I see, the world only has room for people who put Bush down without basis in reality, a clue, or even a bit of civility. However, if someone puts down Tony Blair with the same requirements, it's not allowed?

The expression "grow up" is a cop out, sugarplum. It's a lazy persons way of saying you have no manners, couth, decency, or civilization.

I have no intention of modifying my personality simply because you do not like my opinions or my attitude.

I realize that it "feels" like the UK is being slapped by my previous post, not just ppman. It's not much fun is it? You may cow down and meekly take whatever verbal smacking comes your way in the name of civility all you like. You didn't. You slapped back yourself, showing a similar, deplorable lack of manners, couth, decency, and civilization. I'm not such a hypocrite. I'm fully aware I behave badly. I have no intention of taking anyone else to task because they behave badly. I'm not their mother. You aren't mine.

You may also like to note that I never stated that there was nothing in the UK to get passionate about. I merely stated that Tony Blair lacked passion. Are you offended because someone has an opinion that Blair lacks passion? Or are you more offended because you chose to misread that post and decided that someone thought that the UK was not passion inspiring?

In closing, post whatever you like. I've never said that people shouldn't post things that I don't like or might disagree with in any form of seriousness. The corollary is that I've never said I would just take it either. Or do you presume to be my conscience? If so, you've done a horrendous job so far, you've been absent too often, and you're fired.

Well ....

Did I put Mr.Bush down...don`t think so...

I think given the circumstances he is doing a real stand up job.

It was not the fact that you "put down" Blair that was my issue, it was the manner in which you phrased it.

I meant grow up...I have no comment on your manners, decency or civilisation - whether you are couth or uncouth is not an issue for me.

I am not your sugar plum - at least I am presuming I am not since I really have no idea what you meant. Sonds like something my mother would say but then you`re not my mother are you. BBW.

Altering your personality is neither here or there, but I am dumfounded as to why you presume I`d like it altered. Did I ask you to do that?

Saying "your nice Mr. Blair has finally gotten a chance to be passionate about something", infers that the writer felt there was nothing to be passionate about before. No?

As for being anyone conscience - that was both a small and inconsequential swipe by the way - I think that each individual views conscience, or it`s lack in very opposing ways.

Slap as much as you like KM....it`s a shame, really, to see such a contridiction in terms.

Oh, and as for motherhood - I would never treat, or speak down to my child in such a shoddy was as your last little ditty, and of that I am very glad.

I shall watch your next verbose contribution with interest.
